Shipping & returns
Shipping
Every order is collected from the artist's studio, condition-reported and crated by our handlers. International orders ship DDP with DHL Express, Aramex or FedEx: duties and VAT are included at checkout so nothing is due at delivery. Domestic orders ship with Bosta or our own van in Greater Cairo.
Export clearance
Contemporary works leaving Egypt require a certificate from the Ministry of Culture (Plastic Arts sector) confirming they are not antiquities, plus an export declaration. We file both; allow 3–5 business days.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for full purchase value from studio pickup to signature. Damage or loss is repaired professionally at no cost, or fully refunded.
Returns
14 days from delivery, any reason. Request a return from your order page and we collect it at our cost. Refund within 5 days of the work reaching our hub. Commissions and personalised framing are exempt unless damaged.
Framing
Framing configured in the Frame Studio is produced in our Cairo workshop and photographed before crating. Glazing on paper works is UV acrylic by default for safe shipping.
Rentals
Rental works are delivered and collected by us; minimum 3 months; 100% of paid rent is credited towards purchase.
