Is the price I see the final price?
Yes. Pick your country on the artwork page or at checkout and you see the delivered price including framing, crating, export certificate, insured shipping, duties and VAT.
How do I know the work is authentic?
Every artist is studio-verified. Each work ships with a signed certificate of authenticity countersigned by Mashrabiya, plus a condition report with photographs.
Can I see it in my room first?
Use the Frame Studio on any artwork page: pick from 25 interiors at true scale or upload a photo of your wall, calibrate the scale and drag the work into place. Share a link to your configuration with family or your designer.
What about framing?
Choose presentation (gallery wrap, floater, frame with mat and glazing, shadow box), 24 finishes with colour tuning, mat and glazing options. Framing is made in Cairo and included in the delivered price.
Can I negotiate?
Artists who accept offers show a 'Make an offer' button; offers below their floor are rejected automatically. Accepted offers reserve the work for 72 hours.
How are artists paid?
In Egyptian pounds to InstaPay, bank or mobile wallet, 7 days after delivery (3 days for partner studios). We take 25% commission, not 40–50%.
Do you work with hotels and designers?
Yes. The trade programme offers volume pricing, RFQs, moodboards, editions, security framing, net terms for approved accounts and installation.
Can I return it?
14 days from delivery, free collection, full refund.
Is there an app? Why can't I screenshot?
Install Mashrabiya from your phone's browser (Add to Home Screen) or from the app stores. To protect artists' work, images are watermarked, downloads and printing are disabled, and the native apps block screenshots and screen recording.
